Limited Availability We have at least one group booked for this weekend. There is still availablilty - but don't wait too long to pay the deposit!
Dates are  Available We have no bookings for these dates. All the equipment is available. You have a little more time to get confirmations and decisions from the rest of your group.

A deposit of £150 will secure the weekend for you ... this will be returned at the end of your stay provided there is no damage to property or equipment.

(Dates are officially considered available to other groups until a deposit is received)

We generally have enough basic and essential equipment for all camping groups however some of the popular luxury items may get booked by other groups. (Particularly the Bell Tents, Silent Disco, Wireless Music System, Water Heater and Woodburning Stove)

Once you have paid a deposit - keep using The 2023 Planning Guide to select / change equipment & facilities - and check prices etc. Feel free to update / change this as much as you like - when you are happy with your selections just let me know and I will check equipment availability and confirm a final price for you. Equipment is allocated according to the your latest Planning Guide lists - and which group has booked the item first.
